Our mission statement.
To produce and be associated with the supply of quality items created for those people who enjoy owning something a little different to the rest.
To grow our business and our work to be known and recognised through the quality and uniqueness of the pieces we create.
We are a small family business offering a friendly personal service to all our customers and collectors around the world.
Every piece produced has been handcrafted by us with an attention to detail and craftsmanship that we hope will ensure each piece will be treasured by their owners for many years to come.

Returns & Refunds
The return of any goods to us for whatever reason will only be accepted by prior arrangement and subject to our telephone or written notification and any exchange or refund will then only ever be made within 28 days of original delivery date and must be returned to us again using only a signed for service. (This will then be refunded by us). Goods are returned and received by us in the condition they were supplied and in the original packaging otherwise all sales will be deemed final.
Any breakage or damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of your signed receipt of goods by either phone or email.
All items featured on the website are individually handmade and no two items are ever created 100% exactly the same, so slight variations must be expected, also we are always endeavouring to improve and perfect our designs so differences may occasionally occur during an editions run.
Limited Editions.
The stated limited edition runs are the maximum numbers to be produced of that particular design, we however may decide to retire or suspend production earlier.
We will not under any circumstances give market valuations for past editions nor will we inflate or falsely influence any secondary market, future values of all works created will be the owners/sellers perogative and any investment gains will only happen organically and legitimately and therefore will not be controlled or stimulated in any way by us.
We trust customers will purchase our work purely for the enjoyment of owning it any possible future investment value should only ever be a secondary consideration, and we offer no guarantees to future values but naturally do hope each piece created will in time become a sought after and collectable item.
